On our last night in Newcastle, we stopped in this establishment to grab a glass of wine and see it for ourselves since we read great reviews! This place has three different sections – The Main Bar, The Restaurant and Viceroy. Unfortunately the Viceroy was closed, but we got to enjoy the other two spots. Newcastle Upon Tyne is located on the Tyne River in Northwest England. We ended up in Newcastle because Trigere had a conference, so it was ‘worked’ into our trip. We took the train from Edinburgh to Newcastle – 1.5 hours of coastline and rolling hills. It was gorgeous! In this post we will be featuring a glimpse of the city and the sites we saw.
